Brian is an experienced qualified Chartered Accountant with a wide range of experience in small, medium, large and international corporations.
He qualified in 1971 and became a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants two years later. He has had a wide range of practice in commercial appointments.
He is actively involved in the charity sector and is also a Scout Commissioner and has the responsibility of training adult volunteers in North West London and has over 30 years service with the Scout Association.
He has the ability to understand information provided by clients and give them sound advice on business and taxation matters. He also is able to implement systems to make the business process simple, smooth, efficient and relevant.
Over the years he has developed a “black book” of associates. He is easily able to understand the needs of the client and provide them with details of an external consultant who will be able to provide help and any advice the client requires. He is also involved in the design, establishment and monitoring of internal systems, is the money laundering partner and is the relationship partner with the regulating authority.
Nik Fisher BA (Hons), FCCA, FFA - Partner
Nik is an experienced qualified Chartered Certified Accountant with a wide range of experience in small, medium, large and international corporations.
He qualified in 1998 and became a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Certified Accountants a few years later. He has previously been involved in investment banking and as a Financial Director of a large property development company.
He is actively involved in the Scout Association and does a variety of other charitable roles.
Due to his experience within a wide area of industries he is able to understand how your business works and provide specific business and tax advice for your sector.
Malcolm Norman FCCA - Partner
Malcolm qualified as a Chartered Certified Accountant in 1986 and became a fellow in 1991. He formed his own practice in 1992 and merged with Simia Wall in December 2018.
He has many years of working with a variety of individual and business clients providing all aspects of accounting, taxation and general business advice.
In his spare time, he is a keen sportsman and is involved with local Community affairs.
We are pleased that he has joined us to provide a wider range of expertise and experience.
Mark qualified as an ICAEW Chartered accountant and a business & finance professional in 2019. He has a broad scope of experience dealing with accounts, audit, and taxation across an array of businesses and charities. Mark specialises in owner-manager businesses.
He is a keen tennis player and relishes a game of chess. Feel free to challenge him to a game.
